Booklet of abstracts of all papers accepted for presentation will be available at the Conference. Full manuscripts are invited in September, 2009 for the peer selection to be included into the proceedings of the conference. Please consider also previous DD publications. Starting from 2006 they are also available at IEEE Xplore

For the information on the paper submissions ways, please see Submission page. We would advise you to check the deadlines page not to be late for the submission. All interested authors are invited to submit the full paper to the Organizing Committee not later than October 2, 2009. We expect that one author authorizes or co-authorizes a single paper to the Proceedings. Publishing an extra contribution depends on resources of the Organizing Committee and cannot be guaranteed. The final judgment on accepting the paper will be made by the Organizing Committee following the recommendations of the referees.
