The Org. Comm. has the limited number of opportunities for acommodation of conference guests at University Student's Hostel ("Dom Studenta") Shevchenko St. #25, phone 355-0109 (see map) Each room at Guest House is double and costs $30 per day (in Russian rubles equivalent). However, if you agree to share the room for a half price, please let us know about that. This hostel is located at a calm place of Vasilievskii Island. The transportation from there to conference venue is possible by subway: approximately 20 minutes walk to nearest subway station, two stops in subway (not longer 15 minutes) and 5-10 minutes walk to the conference place. Ground transportation is also possible; its duration depends on a traffic situation in the city and should be estimated as 1 hour in average. NOTE! The payment procedure for this rooms should be made with assistance of Org.Comm. (since the university cash office is located at another place). Payment will be possible in cash at conference registration desk. WARNING! Visa registration (which is required by Russian legislation) is not included in the above price and costs approximately extra $15.
