July in Saint Petersburg is a period of white nights (very high tourist season). This makes it one of the most popular time of the year for visitors, so you need to make sure you book well in advance!

The Organizing Committee has a preliminary reservation in a few hotels located within a walking distance to the venue of the conference.

One option is the Dynasty hotel (the rates are 6000- for a single toom, and 6600 rub.- for a double). The hotel is within a walking distance to the Steklov institute (700m), located on a lively street full of restaurants. In order to have it booked for you , please write a short note at : zaleska@pdmi.ras.ru with your name, indication of the room type -single/double, your preliminary dates . You'll get the confirmation about the booking. Closer to the arrival , when the dates of your stay get specified we will ask you to reconfirm your booking in order to avoid the penalties from the hotel. The payment is upon arrival at the hotel.

Another option is to book a hotel via our website. The list of hotels suggested includes Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya hotel, Martin hotel, Russ hotel.

To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first register . Enter your account using your login and password, click "Accommodation" and fill in necessary booking fields.

The period of guaranteed reservation is July 12-18, 2020. If you want to book the hotel for earlier or later dates please contact the conference manager.

Your booking should be made and paid in full in advance before June 01, 2020 in order to guarantee accommodation! If for any reason you can not make your hotel reservation online or have any questions concerning the hotel accommodation please contact the conference manager by e-mail: imse2020@inno-mir.com or by phone: +7 (812) 645-35-90. THE RATES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON DECEMBER 16, 2019.

Check in time is 14:00. Check out time is 12:00.
If you want to check in before 14:00 (from 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
If you want to stay for a few hours after check out time (till 00:00) you should pay extra price of one night stay in the hotel.
A small registration fee (200-300 RUB) will be imposed at the hotel reception-desk for the foreign citizens registration.

Cancellation Terms
For hotel booking cancellations received until June 01, 2020 the sum of payment will be refunded completely, minus banking costs.
If cancellation is made after June 01, 2020 and until June 13, 2020 the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed.
If cancellation is made after June 13, 2020 and in case of the no-show the penalty is 100% payment for the whole period of reservation.
In all cases of cancellations all banking costs are covered by participants.
All refunds will be made within 2 weeks after the Conference has been finished.

Cronwell Inn Stremyannaya hotel ****

Hotel Russ is located in the very heart of St. Petersburg! Nevsky Prospekt and the main tourist attractions (Smolny Convent of the Resurrection, Tauride Garden and Palace, the Mikhailovsky Castle, the Summer Garden and others) are close to the hotel. As to the IMSE 2020 Venue the hotel Russ is within a 1400 meters walking distance. All rooms are renovated. Breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Free and fast WI-FI is available throughout the hotel.

Hotel U Fontana is located in the southern part of St. Petersburg, next to the Moscow prospectus and the Moscow Victory Park, within walking distance from the Metro Stations Park Pobedy and Elektrosila, 9 km from Moscow railway station and 13 km from Pulkovo Airport. IMSE 2020 Venue is in 5 metro stations (blue line). Free Wi-fi is available in all rooms. On the ground floor there is a cafe. In addition, other cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
