The conference in honor of Sergei V. Vostokov, on the occasion of his 75th birthday, will be held at the Euler International Mathematical Institute (http://www.pdmi.ras.ru/EIMI/). It will be devoted to algebraic number theory, arithmetic algebraic geometry and their applications to cryptography.
