The conference is a reciprocal conference with respect to the First Indo-Russian Joint Conference in Statistics and Probability which has been held in New Delhi, India, from 15 till 18 of January, 2015. That conference hosted 10 Russian participants, mainly from St. Petersburg and 25 Indian probabilists and statisticians, mainly from Kolcata, Chennai, and Delhi, locations of three sections of Indian Statistical Institute. In the forthcoming conference we expect 10 to 15 Indian participants. We will also invite more Russian participants from other mathematical centers of Russian Federation.
