Accommodation in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg is a popular tourist destination, and accommodation in spring is in very high demand. For this reason we strongly recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as you decide to attend the conference. For those who request a hotel in their registration form we make a preliminary reservation in accordance with their requests. It is a ***class hotel. Rates are from 2800 Rubles to 4000 Rubles per night for a double as well as for a single room.

Address: Engelsa av., 65, which is about 1 hour ride to the EIMI.

It is a budget type accommodation. Rates are from 800 Rubles for a bed in a twin (double) room to 1600 - 2000 Rubles for a single room.

It is a mini-hotel on the 7-th floor of an apartment building, at 5 min walk to the EIMI.
There are only 3 single rooms for 2500 Rubles and 6 double rooms for 3600-3900 Rubles per night, breakfast included.

Rates are from 2500 to 3100 Rubles per night, breakfast included.
It is located about 2 km from the EIMI but closer to the City center then others.

The aforesaid mini-hotels are located at a walking distance from the EIMI. They have up to 10 rooms occupying full floors of some apartment buildings. If you indicate in the registration form that you wish to stay at a mini-hotel, we make a reservation at Hotel Nord, Hotel Popov or Zlatoust.

WARNING:  Note that according to the Russian Federal law No. 109-FZ "About the migratory recording of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation", valid from July 18th, 2006, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship are obliged to rise on the migratory recording. The necessary documents for your statement on the migratory recording in the Russian Federation are usually provided by hotel services.
