For those who request a hotel in their registration form we make a preliminary reservation in accordance with your request.

The Andersen (***) hotel is within a short walking distance from the institute. The rates are approximately 2700 RUB per night for a double as well as for a single. (It gives the Institute a group discount).

The hotel Nauka - 1 is a budget type accommodation. The rates there are from 800 rub for a bed in a twin (double) room to 1600 -1900 for a single room. The address of the hotel is Millionnaya st., 27 (it is the very center of St.Petersburg, next to the Hermitage. However all facilities in this building are shared, meaning "WC's are on the floors"). It is about 45 min ride to the EIMI.

Mini hotels are all at a walking distance from the EIMI. They are up to 10-room-hotels occupying full floors of some apartment buildings. If you indicate in the registration form that you wish to stay at a mini hotel, we make a reservation at the Popov hotel, 5 vecherov or Zlatoust hotel.

We can try to help finding another hotel for you but most likely it will imply a prepayment transfer.

Important! We will need to confirm the hotel reservation 2 weeks before the arrival day. Therefor we kindly ask you to inform us on any changes in your travel schedule or if you have to cancel your trip before this time. Otherwise it may incur penalty.
