For those who requested a hotel in the registration form we have make a reservation in the following mini-hotels.

The Mini hotels are all at a walking distance from the EIMI.They are up to 10-room-hotels occupying full floors of some apartment buildings.


The Zlatoust hotel is 2 km from the EIMI but closer to the City center then others.

The Nord hotel is on the 7-th floor of an apartment building, 5 min walk to the institute.

Important We will need to confirm the hotel reservation 2 weeks before the arrival day. Therefor we kindly ask you to inform us on any changes in your travel schedule or if you have to cancel your trip before this time. Otherwise it may incur penalty.
