The time of the conference is the time of "white nights" in Saint Petersburg.

Registration and small abstract of talk (up to one page) should be submitted before 15 March 2011.

Extended abstracts of presentations in English up to 4 pages (pdf-file prepared using LaTeX) should be submitted before 15 May 2011. (Please see the LaTeX template for extended abstracts at Submission page)
The collection of abstracts is going to be published before the Conference.

Registrations fee for CIS citizences is 1000 rubles and for citizences from other countries is Euros 200.
Registrations fee for an accompanying person is 100 Euro.
Registration fee is paid to the Organizing Committee upon arrival.
