Registration Information

The registration for the Conference and the Workshop is now open. It consists of two steps: the first one is obligatory online pre-registration, the second should be done upon arrival at a location to be announced in a program later.

A registration fee is 150 €. It covers the conference kit, the publication of 1 paper of maximum 5 pages in the conference proceedings, lunches, tea breaks, town excursion. The fee is payable in cash upon arrival, cards excluded. You'll be given a receipt. For Russian participants, the fee will be partially covered.

To register on-line, please fill in the registration form below, and submit it. This will return by e-mail the completed form to confirme that we have received it. If you intend to come, please register as soon as possible, because the accommodation is handled on a first-come-first-served basis. In case you encounter any problem with this registration form, please send an e-mail to Yanina Shibaeva (shibaeva@pdmi.ras.ru). If you need a Russian visa, please fill in the Visa Form also.
