The next year 2007 is the 300th anniversary of Leonhard Euler's birth. On this occasion the Russsian Academy of Sciences, St. Petersburg Department of the Steklov Mathematical Institute, the Euler International Mathematical Institute and Russian Foundation for Basic Research plan to hold the Euler Congress in St.Petersburg that will include the Euler Festival as the main event (10--12 June, 2007) and a series of satellite conferences in June--July 2007. As a part of the Euler Congress, we (V. Gritsenko, D. Orlov and P. Zograf) organize a conference

"Modular Forms and Moduli Spaces"

that will take place in St.Petersburg from July 2 to July 7, 2007.
