The conference will take place from June 25 to June 28 2000 in the Shuvalovs’ palace that is the residence for St. Petersburg Center for International Cooperation. Address: Fontanka Embankment, 21 (see a red sign X on the map) not far from the St. Petersburg department of the V.A.Steklov Mathematical Institute (PDMI or POMI), Fontanka embankment, 27 that is situated at the cross of the Nevsky Prospect (Avenue) and Fontanka Embankment (see the map).

Registration will begin on June 25 at 8:30 am. Preliminary registration is possible in the Euler International Mathematical Institute (EIMI), Pesochnaya Embankment, 10, on June 24 throughout the day.
