Prof. Helmut Koch
Two times I visited the International Mathematical Euler Institute, in 1993
and 1995. I spent always a wunderful time working in the fine atmosphere of
the Institut together with my colleagues from St.Petersburg and other parts
of the globe. The organization of the Institute was both times very good, as
well.
The Institute gives a very good service to russian mathematicians and to the
whole mathematical community. I hope for a good development of the Institute
and I would be glad to work there in the next future.
