Prof. Peter Schneider

My recent visit to the Euler Institute was very pleasant. The conference which I attended was very well organized and mathematically interesting. I also enjoyed very much to talk to the local mathematicians including the graduate students. The building of the Institute is very convenient.
Needless to say that I was extremely impressed by the city of St. Petersburg. I certainly hope that the Euler Institute will prosper and will help Russian mathematics to remain as strong as it always were.
