We plan to publish the Proceedings of the Workshop. Most probably, one of current issues of the Journal of Inverse and Ill-Posed Problems will be occupied for these purposes: such a possibility is negotiated now with the Editorial Board of the Journal. So, participants are welcomed to prepare a talk in the form of LATEX-file and a hard copy(15-20 pages).
