The registration is now closed.

Accommodation will be arranged at nearby hotels;
we'll do our best to arrange it for reasonably low price (see "Accommodation" at the site).
If you have some special accommodation requests (say, you prefer a downtown hotel, a more comfortable hotel, or you come with accompanying persons, etc.), you are invited to contact Ms. Nadya Zalesskaya

If you need Russian visa, we ask you to fill in the visa form and send scanned copy of your passport until February 1, 2010 (see "Visa information" and "Visa form" at the site).
The Institute will provide you with so-called "official invitation letter" needed for visa formalities.

If, besides/instead the invitation described above, you need also one for the administration of your institution (so-called "formal invitation letter"), please, contact Ms. Yanina Shibaeva

The Registration fee is 50 Euro, plus the processing fee of 20 Euro (for those who are supplied with the official invitation letter).
