Second announcement

DEAR COLLEAGUES,

The meeting will be held at the Euler International Mathematical Institute (St. Petersburg, Pesochnaya naberezhnaya, 10). If you want to participate, we ask you to fill in the registration form.

IF YOU NEED A RUSSIAN VIZA, we ask you to fill in the attached visa form. The Institute will provide you with an official invitation needed for visa formalities. Accomodation will be arranged at the hotel "Dvorets Molodezhi" ("LDM-hotel") at a walking distance from the Euler Institute. The prices approximately are:

$24	a single room
$11-13,5	a bed in a two-bed room
$10	a bed in a three-bed room

(the current prices for CIS-participants are considerably lower; you can find more detailed information on our web-page).

If you have some special accomodation requests (say, you prefer a downtown hotel, or you come with accompanying persons, etc.), you are invited to contact the Euler Institute program coordinator Mrs. Elena Novikova

Transport information will be given in the third announcement. Please, inform Mrs. Novikova about the mean of transportation and arrival time as soon as this is avaliable.

A small registration fee will be charged to cover a part of conference expences. The details will be given later.
